The Solar Electric Light Fund is using solar energy to bring electricity to a Haitian town that, like many, does not have the luxury of consistent access to a power grid. Thanks to a $500,000 grant from the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund for a solar-powered fish hatchery, residents of Boucan-Carré are reestablishing their livelihoods.
